Alice :: Lewisburg Maternity Photography

Facebook is a wonderful thing sometimes. A girl I knew from high school that lived all the way in Florida referred her pregnant friend that lived nearby to me for maternity portraits. If it wasn’t for the social networking world I probably wouldn’t be in touch with the Florida friend and the whole introduction may not have happened. But OH am I glad it did!! I received the request and just a few days later I was headed North to do some Lewisburg maternity photography. I adored this couple during their maternity shoot. They were sweet and adorable and just so connected with each other….I am just so excited to meet their newborn.

And THEN it got even BETTER….because they asked me to photograph their baby when she arrived. Alice was sooooo relaxed, squishy, snuggly….She is the perfect addition to this already adorable family. I hope I get the opportunity to watch her grow 🙂

Izzy’s mom was my son’s 3rd grade teacher. We LOVED her. So, when she said she wanted to have updated family portraits done I was ecstatic. When she casually mentioned they hadn’t had them taken since 10-year-old Izzy was a toddler I was super flattered that they chose me to capture their cute little family <3

I met Mike & Jess when I photographed their wedding in 2011. Spending the day photographing their wedding felt like hanging out with old friends. I have had the pleasure of photographing them, along with their extended family and Porter, the dog, several times over the last few years. So, when I received the call from some of my favorite people in Bloomsburg asking if I would be willing to be their maternity photographer, needless to say, I was ECSTATIC! At the maternity shoot I learned that Mike and Jess did not know the gender of their baby and they were not sharing their names. So, anxiously I waited. And 11 days ago I got “the” phone call. Kayleigh hand arrived! And she is perfect. See for yourself.
